Established in Brighton in 2000, Coburn & Baker is a premier wholesale artisan bakery. We work behind the scenes every morning, supplying handcrafted sourdough, fine patisserie, and bespoke cakes to Sussex's most discerning hotels, restaurants, and independent cafes.
From our Bevendean bakery, our expert team bakes seven days a week using traditional methods and premium ingredients. Our recipes are globally inspired, blending classical English and European techniques with Mediterranean and Middle Eastern influences.

Experience the heart of our craft at our newly launched Bevendean bakery shop and cafe, located right within the bakery. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy a superb coffee and pick up our freshest bread and pastries, still warm from the ovens. While you relax, you can watch our talented bakers at work through the viewing windows, getting a true behind-the-scenes look at the artisan methods that go into every loaf.
